One of the best thing about any vacation is the chance to eat well and eat often, and the Harrison Hot Springs Resort restaurants are certainly the highlight of any visit to Harrison Hot Springs. Sumptuous breakfasts fuel up guests for a day of adventure on the lake. Casual lunches are accompanied with a side of spectacular Coast Mountains and Harrison Lake views. The historic Copper Room is one of the last places anywhere in the Pacific Northwest where you can still dine and dance 7 nights a week.
