What is the rating of Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa?

Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is inspected annually by the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA/BCAA) in partnership with the American Automobile Association. Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa has received a rating of Three Diamonds.

We therefore fall in the middle of the range of One to Five Diamonds

A One Diamond establishment may be considered as economical and providing clean and comfortable rooms.

A Three Diamond establishment offers a degree of sophistication with upgraded services and amenities.

A Five Diamond establishment may be considered as luxurious offering flawless service and many extra amenities.

Pools

Are non - resort guests able to use the pools?

Only registered resort guests and day guests of Healing Springs Spa are able to access the five hot spring pools located on the Resort property.

For guests staying elsewhere or visiting Harrison Hot Springs for the day, the Public Hot Springs Pool, located in the centre of the village is available for use at a charge.

Are pool towels and bathrobes available?

Pool towels are available in your guestroom for use at the pools.  Bathrobes are available in your guestroom to wear to and from the pool area. Unfortunately, bathrobes are not available in childrens sizes.

Are children able to use the Adult Pool if they are accompanied by an Adult?

Children are not allowed in the Adult Pool at anytime. We recommend that parents join their children in the adjacent family pool or one of the other three pools.

If I have an open cut or wound, can I still use the pools?

If you can cover the cut with a small adhesive bandage (Band-Aid type), you may use the pools.

Food and Beverage around the pools.

For the safety and in consideration of all our guests, only food provided by the Resort may be consumed in the pool area. Poolside food service is provided in the warm weather months, weather permitting.

Beverage service is provided in the Lap Pool area in the warm weather months (weather [permitting), only alcoholic beverages provided by the Resort may be consumed in the pool area.

Is there a dress code in The Copper Room?

Yes, we call it smart casual. We like it when you dress up but require that you do not wear athletic outfits including shorts, running shoes or tee shirts. Jeans in good condition are acceptable as of May 21, 2010.

We reserve the right to decline sitting your party if we feel that your dress is not appropriate.

Are children allowed on the main Dance Floor in The Copper Room?

For the comfort of all of our guests, children have their own dance floor, where parents are very welcome to join them.

If I book a package that includes dinner in The Copper Room – how do I make the dinner reservation?

The reservation agent can help you make your dinner reservation at the time of booking – if booking online, please call 1 800 663 2266 then press 3 to make your dinner reservation.

If I am reserving a stay at the Resort over a holiday period that has special dining events (Easter Brunch, Christmas Dinner), how do I make a reservation for the dining room?

The reservation agent can help you make your brunch or dinner reservation at the time of booking – if booking online, please call 1 800 663 2266 then press 3 to make your reservation in the dining room.

Healing Springs Spa

How do I book a Spa treatment?

When reserving your stay at the Resort, your reservation agent can assist you with your Spa booking, whether you are booking the treatment as part of a package or separately.

We recommend that you book your Spa treatment as soon as possible in order to secure your preferred treatment, time and therapist (male or female).

Can I claim my massage treatment on my medical insurance?

Only services provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) are eligible for coverage by medical insurance providers. Please inquire at the time of booking if you require an RMT.

General

Are there rooms in the Resort with cooking facilities?

No, fire regulations forbid cooking in any of our Resort guestrooms.

Can I smoke at the Resort?

All of our guestrooms, including balconies and public areas are non-smoking. By provincial law, guests may smoke only in designated areas around the Resort property.

If you do smoke in your room, a cleaning fee will be applied to your account.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome at the Resort. They may stay in our cottages at no additional charge or should you prefer to stay in the hotel proper, a charge of $100 per stay will be applied to your bill.

Please take your dog with you when leaving your guestroom. As not all guests are as comfortable with dogs as owners, please leash your dog when in the hotel and on the Resort property.
