To ensure availability of treatment appointments, please contact us as soon as possible. To secure reservations in the spa, overnight resort guests will be asked for their confirmation number, and day-visitors will be asked to provide a credit card number.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We recommend that you leave valuable jewelry at home. Enjoy a complimentary refreshment with your spa treatment.
Gratuities and Taxes
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. Please feel free to reward your therapist for a job well done. Healing Springs Spa is a non-smoking environment.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations is required to avoid being charged for the services booked.
