Receiving a Massage or Other Spa Services
To make your visit to Healing Springs Spa as enjoyable as possible, the following guidelines will help to prepare you for a relaxing and pleasant experience:
When making a appointment for spa services, please inform us of any preference or personal requests.
Due to the overwhelming demand for spa services, many Harrison Hot Springs Resort & SpaSM visitors wait for appointments made possible by cancellations. For this reason, a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required. Guests who do not give 24-hour notice will be charged in full for all services booked.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you enough time to fill out the client profile sheet before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly.
Please arrive at the spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. Wear a bathing suit, or simply leave on your undergarments. Our professional practitioners provide draping to ensure your privacy.
Please fill out the information in your client profile sheet to receive a beneficial, risk-free treatment.
Please note that it is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or large meals prior to any treatment.
If you are pregnant, you may wish to avoid booking treatments that involve the use of essential oils. Massages or stimulating treatments are not recommended during your first three months of pregnancy.

The spa provides a relaxing, quiet, tranquil atmosphere. We ask that you respect other guests' treatments by speaking softly. In the privacy of your own treatment room, feel free to ask any questions that you may have, and they will be thoroughly answered.
Our practitioners are professionally trained. They will continue to adjust your comfort levels as needed. Please do not hesitate to bring any concerns to your practitioner's attention so that your spa experience will be a pleasurable one.
